A complete renovation and extension, this project involved fully reconfiguring the existing home, adding a new upper level, and including a pool to the rear. Completed in 2025, the design focused on a coastal Mediterranean influence, emphasizing light, texture, and a warm, natural palette.

The layout was opened up to create a more connected and functional living environment, emphasizing natural light and flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Materials were selected intentionally, incorporating rendered finishes, soft tones, and considered detailing to achieve a calm, refined feel throughout.

As with all of our projects, the focus extended beyond the surface. Careful attention was given to the build quality, structure, and long-term performance, ensuring the home not only presents well but is built to last.
